Better Together Inclusive Holiday Events 2026

Sensory-Friendly Trick or Treat
October 30 | 4:30–6:30 PM | Alamo Women’s Club

When we started planning this year's community events at Better Together Performing Arts, we knew we wanted to create a Halloween celebration where families could come together, have fun, and make memories in an environment that reflects Better Together's values of inclusion, creativity, and connection!

Halloween is such a fun time of year, filled with beloved traditions that families enjoy in all kinds of ways! Traditional trick-or-treating often involves busy streets, crowded sidewalks, scary or startling decorations, and, of course, the unspoken rules of trick-or-treating. We thought it would be wonderful to offer another way for families to enjoy the season together, with a little more flexibility in how they celebrate.

On October 30, we're hosting our first FREE Sensory-Friendly Trick-or-Treat in Alamo, CA!
We're bringing together local businesses, volunteers, and community members to create an indoor, no-scare Halloween celebration with trick-or-treat booths, activities, and opportunities for children to have fun at their own pace.

More to come! Check back soon to learn about upcoming holiday events!
