Help us make performing arts accessible to every child.
Better Together Performing Arts is building a performing arts community where children of all abilities learn, create, and perform together with inclusion built in from the beginning.
There are many ways to help bring this vision to life: become a member, volunteer, share your skills, donate supplies, support a family, or become a community partner.

Ages 16+
Love working with kids and the performing arts? Become a part of our inclusive community through our after-school and summer programs.
Program support volunteers may assist with activities, transitions, creative projects, movement, music, theater, setup and cleanup, and creating a welcoming environment where every child can participate.
You don't need to be a performer or have experience working with children with disabilities. We value kindness, patience, reliability, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
Volunteers work alongside Better Together staff and help support our 1:3 student-to-staff model.

Make Inclusion Possible, Month After Month.
Families should never have to choose between enriching experiences for their children and other financial responsibilities, a reality for all families navigating disabilies and medical needs. For many families raising children with disabilities or additional support needs, everyday life can come with additional expenses. We want access to the performing arts to be one less barrier.
Become a Better Together Member through a monthly contribution that helps provide tuition assistance and keep programs accessible to families who need financial support.
Whether it's $5, $10, $25, $50, or whatever works for you, ongoing support helps make participation possible for another child.

Help Us Build Better Together From the Ground Up.
We're launching Better Together from the ground up, and community support is helping turn our vision into a real program.
Your contribution can help purchase materials, create an accessible program environment, support scholarships, and cover the many costs involved in bringing inclusive performing arts programming to our community.
Every contribution, large or small, helps open the doors to more children.

Accessibility Takes More Than Good Intentions.
We believe accessibility should be built into a program, not added as an afterthought.
Some accessibility needs aren't items you'll find on a typical classroom or performing arts supply list. If you'd like to help provide accessibility equipment, adaptive tools, mobility-related resources, or other items that help children participate, we'd love to hear from you.

Help Us Stock the Stage!
Day-to-day programming takes supplies ranging from musical instruments and performance supplies to sensory resources and everything in between.
Choose an item, send it our way, and help put the tools of creativity directly into a child's hands.
Looking to donate an accessibility item that isn't available through our wishlist? Contact us at accessibility@bettertogetherarts.com.

Want to Make a Bigger Impact?
We are looking for local businesses, organizations, and community partners who want to help build a more inclusive performing arts community.
Sponsorship opportunities can support programs, events, scholarships, accessibility initiatives, and other efforts to expand access to the arts.
Whether you're a small local business or a larger organization, we'd love to talk about what partnering with Better Together could look like.
Every contribution helps us build a community where every child has a place on the stage.
Thank you for being part of Better Together.
